Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews, etc.) chopped
  • 1/2 cup seeds (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, apricots, etc.) chopped
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut butter, almond butter, etc.)
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped nuts, seeds, dried fruit, and salt.
